# Dilly

I’m a fully qualified and experienced maths teacher and tutor with over eight years of experience supporting students up to GCSE level. My approach is always tailored to the individual, helping each learner build confidence and understand Maths in a way that makes sense to them.

I have worked with students of all abilities and needs - including those with learning difficulties, anxiety around maths, or gaps in confidence. My goal is to create a calm, supportive, and even enjoyable learning environment where students feel safe to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow.

As a former elite athlete with a master’s in psychology, I also bring a unique perspective on mindset and motivation. I’m passionate about helping young people develop resilience, a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, and belief in their own potential.

Whether your child is aiming to secure a pass or striving for top grades, I’ll provide patient guidance, encouragement, and clear explanations every step of the way - helping them turn challenges into progress and achieve their goals in maths.

## Our culture

Education should be unique and personalised to every individual child. Passions and interests should be explored and curiosity encouraged. Every child should be supported on their journey through education, overcoming all barriers, ensuring learning knows no limits!
